Pick a time. That's the whole process.
Browse verified coaches, open a profile, pick an open slot — booked. No payment step, no waiting for approval, and the times you see are times the coach can actually teach.

01
Find your coach
Browse the directory — photo, hourly rate, home club and bio — and open a coach's public profile.
02
Pick an open slot
The schedule shows what is genuinely free. Lead time, buffers and blocked periods are already applied — a slot you can click is a slot you can have.
03
Booked, instantly
The lesson lands on both calendars as scheduled, and both of you get a confirmation email. No request, no pending state.
Why there's no “request pending”.
Most booking tools show you times the coach might teach, then make you wait while a human confirms. Timely inverts that: the coach's real constraints — lead time, buffers between lessons, blocked periods, their own calendar events — are applied before you ever see the schedule. A slot that shows as open is bookable, so booking is instant. Slots you can't have say why: already booked, too soon, or time off.
There is deliberately no payment step. Timely doesn't sit between you and your coach on money — booking a lesson costs nothing to confirm, and how you pay your coach stays between you. Cancellation respects the coach's notice window (they set it; 24 hours is the default), rescheduling keeps the original time on record, and a weekly or biweekly slot can be booked as a recurring series in one step.

What this actually does.
Verified behaviour, not marketing ranges — every line here describes something the product actually does.
- Booking is instant — a lesson is scheduled the moment you confirm, with no approval queue.
- No payment step, ever: Timely never processes money between you and your coach.
- Unavailable slots say why — already booked, inside the coach's lead time, or time off.
- Coaches can allow booking without an account; otherwise a free sign-up keeps your lessons in one place.
- Cancellation follows the coach's notice window; rescheduling keeps the original time on record.
- Recurring lessons book as a series — weekly or biweekly, up to a year ahead.
The other half
Your week, defined once — respected everywhere.
Lessons, swings and notes — one place.
Timely brings booking, swing analysis, lesson notes and progress together — so coaches spend their time coaching, and players always know what to work on next.
