The Swing Lab

Every swing scored against the tour.

Upload any phone video and Swing Lab finds the five key positions of the swing, measures your body at each one from 33 tracked points, and scores it against verified tour references — honestly, with no sensors and no invented numbers.

How it works

From phone clip to tour benchmark in five steps.

01

Film on your phone

Any phone video — no sensors, no studio.

02

Upload to Swing Lab

The clip is graded first; bad captures are flagged.

03

Positions detected

Five key positions found from 33 tracked body points.

04

Scored against the tour

Each position banded against verified tour references.

05

Progress tracks itself

Every analysis lands on the shared timeline.

Analysis & AI feedback

A verdict at every position — reviewed by a coach, not fired at you.

Swing Lab measures your body at each detected position and writes structured feedback for the swing. It always starts as a draft: your coach reviews it, edits the words and decides when it reaches you. The measurements stay intact underneath.

Tour-benchmark scoring

Bands you can trust, built from verified tour swings.

Each position is scored 1–10 against fixed positional ranges from real tour references. Low-confidence data caps the score, and metrics your camera angle can't support are shown as “n/a” — we under-claim rather than inflate, and we publish exactly how the scoring works.

Lesson tools

A coach's pen and voice, saved onto the swing itself.

Coaches draw straight onto any paused frame of the analyzed swing and record a voice note explaining it — an explanation you hear, not a text you have to decode. The markup, the voice note and the lesson notes all stay attached to the analysis, ready to revisit before the next session or to export as a PDF.

Share

The whole swing in one image you can send.

Every analyzed swing can become something shareable: a grid of the detected positions, a looping clip, or a single poster frame — pose overlay on or off, portrait or landscape. It is built from the analysis you already have, so nothing is re-uploaded and nothing is re-measured.

Swing Lab swing sequence: address, top, impact and finish from one swing laid out as a single shareable card, each frame labelled with its P-position and overlaid with the tracked pose.

Four settings decide whether a swing can be measured. The guide shows each one on a phone, where to stand, and the correct framing next to the three common mistakes.
