The calendar that can't double-book.
Every booking is checked against everything else on your calendar — other lessons and your own personal events — before it's accepted, and buffer minutes are carved out of the public schedule rather than politely suggested. Blocked periods take a date range and a reason. Your timezone is the source of truth, so daylight-saving weeks don't shift your teaching hours under you.
Sync is honest about its direction. The ICS feed is read-only — subscribe from Apple, Google or Outlook and your Timely schedule appears there. Google Calendar push goes one way, Timely → Google, so a messy personal calendar can never rewrite your teaching schedule. Booking and cancellation emails go out via your notification settings — to you, the player, or both.
