Trouble signing in
Password resets, and what to try before contacting us.
Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page. A reset link is sent to your email address.
Sign inCheck your spam folder — reset emails land there more often than anywhere else.
Make sure you are using the same method you signed up with. An account created with Google is opened by signing in with Google.
For your security, we cannot tell you whether a particular email address has an account. If a reset does not arrive, check the address for typos and try again.
