Reschedule or cancel a lesson
Move a booking, or call it off — and what the player sees when you do.

When a player cancels
Players can cancel themselves up to the notice window you set in your booking rules. After that point the slot is yours to release — which is the whole reason the setting exists.
Timely does not process payments between you and your player. Anything owed for a late cancellation is settled between the two of you, the same as it was before.
